Ready-to-Install Facade Panels for Convenient Use
NICHIHA facade panels are cut to a standard length of 3030 mm or 1820 mm with an effective cover width of 455 mm and a nominal thickness of 16 mm.
The horizontal edges of the panel are machined with a complementary tongue and groove profile.
For the 1820 mm panels, the vertical edges also feature a tongue and groove profile. A compressible sealing strip is bonded onto the tongue, enabling the panels to fit neatly together to form a weather-resistant joint.
This 1820 mm panel features a ship-lap profile, minimizing the need for sealants at joints and creating a sleek, seamless finish.
The horizontal edges of the panel are machined with a complementary tongue and groove profile.
For the 1820 mm panels, the vertical edges also feature a tongue and groove profile.
Pre-Finished Panels: No Painting or Additional Treatments Required
The panels are pre-finished with a durable multi-layer paint process, eliminating the need for any additional surface treatments or painting.
This ensures a hassle-free installation and a high-quality finish that, while low-maintenance compared to other materials, still requires occasional cleaning.
Quick and Efficient Installation
Nichiha panels are installed using the “dry-wall construction” method, which allows for the on-site fixing of prefinished panels.
